About Our Staff
My name is Erika Ware. I am a licensed psychotherapist in Georgia, Missouri, and Texas that provides individual, couple, and group therapy sessions. My clients will walk away with the confidence of knowing how to navigate through challenging times in life and feel ready to face them head on because of having the necessary tools to cope.
I am currently a wife and mother of three beautiful children which allows me to understand how family life and roles play a part in mental and emotional healing. I am able to connect with individuals and couples in a way that allows me to recognize how they are feeling in the present moment and how past experiences have impacted current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Much of the training I have received is in treating trauma so I understand that the experiences from trauma can interfere with numerous aspects of life including but not limited to family and romantic relationships, work, and social life. My goal is to assist clients in healing from past traumatic experiences so that they can move forward and create a new sense of self and continue on with their life’s purpose.
My office provides a welcoming, confidential, safe environment and promotes holistic psychotherapy with clients. I believe that mental health has a great impact on physical well-being and I try to assist clients in both aspects of life. My favorite thing is to see my clients grow and develop new forms of thinking.

Hello! My name is Deidra Evans, CIT, and I am a recent graduate of Lindenwood University with a Master’s in Professional Counseling with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health. I am also certified in family and couples counseling and am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Counseling Education and Supervision to further expand my expertise and leadership in the field.
I will be working collaboratively with the lead clinician, Erika Ware, while continuing to develop advanced skills that will shape me into an even more knowledgeable and effective clinician. My approach is rooted in building strong therapeutic relationships and creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to heal and grow.
As a new mother to a beautiful baby boy, I have personally experienced many of the challenges that come with parenting. This journey has given me deeper insight into the common struggles individuals and families may face throughout the life cycle.
My ultimate goal is to ensure that every client leaves each session feeling more confident, supported, and equipped with practical tools to move past their traumas and face new challenges with resilience.
